Segmented Video Player

After having made the speed reader, I was already thinking about how you could show multiple steps of progress on a progress bar. So this was an exploration of how you might differently be able to do video chapters. I want it to be easy to have more granular control of the section they're in.

In theory it's a cool idea, but in practice there's a bit too much jumping around that's happens as one progress bar expands and the others shrink. The problem with that is that it continually leaves the spot where the user wants to click up to chance. Or put another way, there's simply too much thinking required to use it.
